✅ Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- 🧼 Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- 📦 Packaging: Must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
To begin your return, please email us at sales@mwcustoms.net. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit or gift card within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or provider to reflect the refund, if applicable.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mwcustoms.net. We'll make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale/Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous or flammable items
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email sales@mwcustoms.net.
