We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our full return & refund policy.


✅ Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • 🧼 Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • 📦 Packaging: Must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

To begin your return, please email us at sales@mwcustoms.net. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit or gift card within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or provider to reflect the refund, if applicable.

✉️ For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mwcustoms.net. We'll make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous or flammable items

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email sales@mwcustoms.net.
